Brand Workbook Studio sells downloadable brand-strategy workbooks. Each one is a structured, self-guided document covering a specific area of brand strategy — foundations, audience research, positioning, voice and messaging, storytelling, visual direction, offer strategy, brand audits, launch planning, employer brand, consultant tools and brand architecture.

They are working documents rather than reading material: you move through ordered prompts, exercises and worksheets, and finish with a summary you can use in briefs and decisions. There are 14 workbooks in the collection, priced between €29 and €89.

No. Every product is a digital download. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery addresses and no waiting for a parcel. If you would like a paper copy, you are welcome to print the workbook yourself for your own use — see the printing question below.

Checkout and delivery are handled by our Shopify store at brandworkbookstudio.myshopify.com. Once your purchase is confirmed, Shopify provides access to your download — typically through the order confirmation page immediately after payment and through the confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.

Please use an email address you can access, and check your spam or promotions folder if the message does not appear straight away. The exact delivery screens are controlled by Shopify and its digital-download functionality, so what you see follows their current process.

The workbooks are designed to be opened with commonly available software on a computer, tablet or phone. The exact file type for each product is listed on that product’s page in the Shopify store, so please check there before buying if you have a specific requirement — we would rather you confirm than assume.

If you are unsure whether your setup can open a particular file, email us before purchasing and we will tell you exactly what that product contains.

Yes. You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own personal use, or for internal use within the one business covered by your licence. Print at home, at the office, or through a local print shop for your own copies.

What is not allowed is printing copies to distribute, sell, hand out at paid events, or supply to clients as a deliverable. The personal-use licence sets out the full terms.

The standard licence is a personal / single-business licence. You may use a workbook for yourself and inside your own business, including using what you learn in your professional work. What the standard licence does not allow is using the workbook itself as a repeated client-delivery template — sending the file to clients, running it as your own paid workshop material, or including it in packages you sell.

If you are a consultant, agency or studio who wants to use the material with clients on an ongoing basis, a separate commercial or consultant licence is required. Email hello@brandworkbookstudio.shop and we will arrange suitable terms.

No. The workbooks are protected by copyright and are licensed to you, not sold outright. You may not resell them, share the original files, upload them to public platforms, file-sharing sites, course libraries or AI training datasets, redistribute or sublicense the content, claim the design or framework as your own, or bundle them into another product — paid or free.

Unauthorised sharing is the fastest way for small independent studios to disappear. If a colleague would find a workbook useful, please point them to the shop instead.

No. The workbooks are standardised educational products: everyone receives the same file for a given product. They are designed to be broadly applicable, which is what makes them affordable, but they are not tailored to your industry, your market or your situation, and they do not include a review of your answers or any one-to-one consulting.

The value comes from your own thinking: you supply the specifics, the workbook supplies the structure.

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. These are educational resources that help you organise your thinking and make clearer, more deliberate brand decisions. They cannot guarantee sales, revenue, growth, clients, funding or any other outcome, because those depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your execution and many factors no workbook controls.

The workbooks are also not legal, financial, tax, trademark or customized consulting advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional in your country.

First, check the spam, promotions and updates folders of the mailbox you used at checkout, and search for the store name. Confirm that the address you entered was correct — a small typo is the most common cause. If you completed the purchase in the same browser session, the order confirmation page itself may still give you access.

If none of that works, email hello@brandworkbookstudio.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will help you get access. You will not be charged twice because of a delivery problem.

Because the products are delivered instantly as digital files, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or downloaded. There are two important exceptions: where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to your purchase, and where you have a verified technical problem with the file that we cannot resolve.

Nothing in our policy is intended to remove statutory rights you may have. Please read the full digital product refund policy, and contact us before requesting a refund through your payment provider — a technical issue is usually fixed in one email.

Your Shopify order confirmation acts as your receipt. If you need details added or corrected — for example a company name for your bookkeeping — email us with your order number and we will do what the Shopify order system allows.
