Help with a digital order
Most download problems are resolved quickly. Before emailing, it is worth checking the following:
- Look in your spam, promotions and updates folders for the order confirmation from our Shopify store.
- Check the email address you used at checkout — a typo sends the confirmation elsewhere.
- Open the order confirmation on a desktop or laptop if a mobile download did not complete.
- Try a different browser or network if a download stops partway through.
